Custom & Bespoke Orders & Cancellations Custom, bespoke, personalized commissions, and items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged from the moment the order is placed, as custom design work, gem sourcing, and material preparation commence immediately upon order confirmation.
  5. Jewelry Care & Handling Fine jewelry and precious stones require careful handling. Personal Design Gems Private Limited is not liable for damage resulting from improper care, accidental impact, exposure to harsh chemicals, or normal wear and tear.
