Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Personal Design Gems (Pvt) Ltd, each piece of jewelry is individually crafted to order through precision casting or fully handmade processes. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate cancellation requests as fairly as possible.

Cancellation Timeframes at a Glance:
- Standard Orders (Within 24 Hours): Eligible for cancellation and full refund to the original payment method
- Standard Orders (After 24 Hours): Strictly non-cancellable as the casting or fully handmade crafting process has already commenced
- Custom, Bespoke, Personalized Items & Items Marked as "Final Sale": Strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable from the moment the order is placed (The 24-hour grace period does NOT apply to these items)
- After Dispatch / Shipment: Cannot be cancelled (Refer to our Return Policy upon arrival for exchange/store credit rules)

1. Standard Order Cancellations

Because our jewelry is meticulously crafted via specialized casting or traditional fully handmade processes, production and material preparation begin shortly after an order is placed.

• Within 24 Hours: You may cancel eligible standard orders within 24 hours of placement for a full refund to your original payment method.

• After 24 Hours: Orders cancelled after 24 hours cannot be cancelled or refunded, as the jewelry piece and its raw materials have already entered the active casting or fully handmade crafting phase by our skilled artisans.

2. Custom, Bespoke, Personalized & "Final Sale" Items (Strict Policy)
Bespoke commissions, custom gem sourcing, personalized rings, items with custom engravings, and any items specifically designated or marked as "Final Sale" on their product page require immediate material allocation and fabrication. Therefore, custom and Final Sale orders CANNOT be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged at any stage once placed, regardless of the 24-hour window.

3. Pre-Orders (Special Exception)
Unlike standard ready-to-make orders which are strictly bound to the 24-hour cancellation window, standard pre-orders may be cancelled for a refund at any point prior to the commencement of actual manufacturing or custom gem sourcing (even if 24 hours have passed). However, if a pre-order involves custom specifications, bespoke work, or is marked as Final Sale, it falls under our strict non-cancellation policy and cannot be cancelled once placed.

4. Shipped Orders & Post-Delivery Returns
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Pre-dispatch cancellations within 24 hours are eligible for refunds only for standard orders (excluding custom, bespoke, personalized, or Final Sale items as stated above). Post-delivery returns are strictly eligible for exchanges or store credit only, with no cash refunds issued upon return; please refer to our Return Policy.
