- Product Accuracy & Gemstone Authenticity We make every effort to display the colors, clarity, and details of our gemstones and jewelry as accurately as possible. However, because natural gemstones and handcrafted jewelry possess unique natural characteristics, slight variations in shade and appearance may occur.
- Pricing & Market Modifications Prices for our precious gemstones and jewelry are subject to change without prior notice due to natural market fluctuations in precious metals and gemstone values. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
- Custom & Bespoke Orders Custom jewelry designs or personalized gemstone settings require a non-refundable deposit prior to beginning production. Once a custom design order is confirmed and in production, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
- Jewelry Care & Handling Fine jewelry and precious stones require careful handling. Personal Design Gems Private Limited is not liable for damage resulting from improper care, accidental impact, exposure to harsh chemicals, or normal wear and tear.
